The aim of this article is to study the experiences of digital governance in Paraná, with emphasis on the use of applications and artificial intelligence in Governor Ratinho Júnior's management, between 2019 and 2020. For this purpose, we will carry out a systematic study of 26 applications used by the government of Paraná and developed by Celepar, in the context of the Piá Project for the use of Artificial Intelligence applied to electronic government. As a methodology, in addition to semi-structured interviews with managers involved in project implementation, we analyzed four basic dimensions of the applications, namely: (i) degree of success and permanence; (ii) diffusion and number of installations; (iii) user evaluation; and (iv) responsiveness. Based on the analysis of these four dimensions, we created an index of good practices in the use of mobile applications that allows us to identify some good practices in digital governance through application use.
